It was in 1986 in the mountain village of Pindos Amarantos, when a breeders family created a small cheese maker. Year after year both rich and authentic flavor and commitment to consistent quality have created the need for larger and more organized production.

Nowadays a modern unit of cheese products has been created with high production standards but with the same commitment to tradition and quality. The guaranteed local milk, which we collect with special care from the Pindos region every day and the proper processing give us the certainty of an excellent product, thus gaining the appreciation and trust of the public.
