"En Ripesi" is a traditional tavern located in the mountainous Trifilia in the village of Kefalovrisi. It is a beautiful picturesque arvenitiko that has retained its traditional style. Amphitheatrically built on the hill of the mountains with Arvanitika names, it looks out over the Kyparissia Gulf.
The tavern, built in 1872, restored with respect to man and the environment, has been operating for 10 years with recognition and success. Respecting every season of its products, based on the extra virgin olive oil produced by a mountainous region and the local black olives, we cook for our friends and customers.
Wild greens (cabbages), greens with lemons and blackcurrants, local cucumber pie, cabbage with brindle, cranberries, wild asparagus, bulbs, wild artichokes, our traditional pastry, tasty and unique, lamb meat - goat, goat, yarrow , soup with trachana, handmade spaghetti and noodles. In summer all the gardening from our garden, with lots of food from the old and new Greek cuisine.
