SOFIA'S TASTES - SEVASTOU SOFIA

At the boundaries of the prefectures of Xanthi and Rodopi and northwest of Lake Vistonida is Sounio Xanthi. There, we set up a small family-run workshop for the production of traditional pasta called "SOFIA'S TASTES".

The name was given by the name of the owner and main producer of our pasta and respect for the wisdom of tradition. Appreciating yesterday's knowledge and utilizing today's technology, we wish to highlight THRACE Gastronomy and create top quality pasta.

Our products are exclusively made with pure ingredients, with pulp of fresh vegetables, eggs and milk, free of dyes and preservatives.
