The company Sporophyta AXIOS was founded in 2003 and is based in Chalastra, Thessaloniki prefecture. It is active in the field of production and marketing of vegetable seedlings.
The seedlings produced by the company, have all the legal phytosanitary certificates since all modern production methods are used in our modern facilities, covering an area of 10,000 sq.m.
The company produces vegetable seedlings of the following species: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, endives, cauliflowers, etc.
The seeds used in the sowing process are coated for better germination and more uniform germination and growth while in greenhouses, where the seedlings grow, all the basic functions (irrigation, fertilization, spraying) are controlled by electronic means as well as the recording of weather conditions.
